Illinois Rate Sheet

A revised Illinois Rate Chart that includes the updated changes has been posted in our Library. This document can be used to approximate the value of injuries commonly associated with worker’s compensation claims. As of February 2006, the Illinois Worker’s Compensation Act was also changed under Section 8(d)(1). The chart reflects these modifications as well.
